The
Simpsonville Rural Fire Protection District and Rescue Squad is to provide fire
protection and suppression to protect the health and safety of our citizens,
protect their property, and environment in the Simpsonville Rural Fire
Protection District jurisdiction within the scope of our training, equipment,
and finances.
We will
assist other departments and agencies of this county and other counties when
mutual aid is requested.
To be
financially and fiscally responsible with the funds the department receives
through taxes.
Striving
for excellence in the department, to help it grow and to bring no dishonor upon
the Fire District and the Rescue Squad.

in 1962, our department serves an area of 92 square miles in
Working
out of three current stations we provide a range of services to the community.
With our new third station coming on line in the near future replacing our temporary station
three. Our community is growing rapid along with our department.
